About the Brand

  • What is Nothin’ But Philly?  We’re a Philly-inspired clothing brand dedicated to crafting small-batch, locally designed apparel that celebrates the unmatched grit, community, and legendary sports culture of our city.  

  • Where are your products made?  Every piece is designed right here in Philadelphia and brought to life through trusted local partners, giving you top-tier quality and authentic city roots.

  • How do I know this brand is legit?  We’re a 100% locally owned Philly-area small business, operating out of Conshohocken and King of Prussia. You can find us active at pop-ups, markets, and community events all across the city and the surrounding suburbs.   • Are you open to retail partnerships, collaborations, or events?  Always! Whether you're a local store interested in a retail partnership, a fellow creative looking to collaborate, or hosting a local event, drop us a line at NothinButPhilly@gmail.com. 

Ordering, Sizing, & Payment

  • How do your clothes fit?  Most of our tees and hoodies feature a standard, true to size retail fit. Check the size chart on each product page to find your best fit. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up!

  • Do you restock sold-out items?  Our core designs are restocked regularly, but limited edition drops are one and done. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

  • What payment methods do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout.

Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

  • Do you offer free shipping?  Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

  • Can I pick up my order locally at an event or market?  Yes! If you're local, you can catch us at upcoming pop-up markets and community events around town. Keep an eye on our Instagram for our schedule, or reach out if you'd like to arrange a local pickup.

  • How long does shipping take?  Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Note: Due to our small-batch nature, high volume drop days or holidays may occasionally add an extra 1–2 days to processing times. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • How can I track my order?  As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your gear all the way to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?  We want you to love your gear! Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • How do I start a return or exchange? Send us a message or email at NothinButPhilly@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll get your return or size exchange processed quickly.

  • Who covers return shipping?  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. However, if you are exchanging an item for a different size, or if there was an error on our end, we'll make sure you're taken care of.

  • Are any items final sale?  Limited edition drop items, mystery packs, and items marked down during final clearance sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product Care

  • How should I wash and care for my apparel?  To keep your graphics looking fresh and your garments feeling soft, we recommend washing inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print!
